Each pack is $9/mo, billed alongside your Pro subscription via Stripe, and can be added or removed from Settings → Billing. Cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal. Packs apply only to the workspace you bought them for — they don't follow you to other workspaces.

What happens if I run out of viewer slots mid-show?

When the workspace hits its concurrent crew viewer cap during a running show, a limit-reached banner appears on the Show page so the operator knows additional viewers are being throttled. Buying a +25 Viewer Pack from Settings → Billing applies within a few seconds to the live WebSocket rooms — this is deliberate, not a side-effect, so you don't have to end the show to lift the cap. Removing a Viewer Pack only takes effect for new shows; viewers already connected to a running show stay connected for the rest of that show.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe. Show Clock Pro never stores your card details. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security certification available.

How does SSO sign-in work?

On the /sign-in page, type your company email address. If your email domain is verified for an Enterprise workspace, you're automatically routed to your organization's identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, or any SAML IdP) to sign in with your normal corporate credentials. The first time you sign in this way, you're provisioned into the workspace just-in-time — no manual invite needed.

How do I set up SSO for my team?

Workspace owners configure SSO from Settings → Enterprise SSO. You'll paste in a Clerk Enterprise Connection ID (created in the Clerk Enterprise Connections dashboard) along with your IdP's Entity ID, SSO URL, and X.509 certificate. Then add one or more email domains and verify each by publishing a TXT record at the root of the domain — once DNS verification passes, sign-ins from that domain auto-route to your IdP.

What role do new SSO users get? Can I change it?

By default, members provisioned through SSO are added as viewers — read-only access plus the ability to run shows — which is the safer default for large rollouts. Workspace owners can change this at any time from Settings → Enterprise SSO using the 'Default role for new SSO users' dropdown (Viewer or Editor). Changing it only affects future first-time sign-ins; existing members keep whatever role they already have.

Is there an audit log of SSO activity?

Yes. Every workspace with SSO configured has a per-workspace audit log visible to owners under Settings → Enterprise SSO. It records sign-ins, just-in-time member provisioning, connection create / update / disable events, domain add / verify / remove events, and test logins — so you can prove who came in through SSO and when.

Where is my data stored?

Show layouts and run history for logged-in users are stored securely on our servers. Guest sessions (no account) store data only in your browser's local storage — nothing is sent to our servers. Your data is never sold to third parties.

Guest sessions work entirely in your browser. Your show layout and timer state are kept in local storage for the duration of your session. If you close the browser tab, unsaved guest data is lost. Creating a free account lets you save and reload shows across devices.

Pro subscribers can export their full run history as a CSV file from their Profile page. This gives you a spreadsheet with every segment's planned time, actual time, and variance — useful for post-show reviews and billing documentation.
