Can I try Pro before committing to a subscription?

Yes. The 30-Day Pro Pass gives you full access to all Pro features for 30 days with a single one-time payment of $19.95 — no subscription, no auto-renewal. After 30 days your account returns to the free plan. If you decide you want ongoing access, you can subscribe to Pro at any time.

Will I be charged in my local currency?

Yes. Show Clock Pro automatically detects your region and shows prices in your local currency — USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, CAD, or JPY. The pricing page displays local-currency amounts before you reach checkout, so there are no surprises at payment time.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can subscribe monthly or pay annually. The annual plan works out to $9.99/month (billed $119.88/year) — saving around 33% compared to monthly billing. You can switch between billing periods from the billing portal linked on your Profile page.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel at any time from your Profile page → Plan → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full Pro access until that date and are not charged again. Your show data and account remain intact after cancellation.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All major credit and debit cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. No payment details are stored on Show Clock Pro servers.

Do you offer Enterprise pricing?

Yes. Enterprise plans are available with custom pricing for large teams. Enterprise includes everything in Pro plus unlimited workspaces and seats, unlimited concurrent viewers, SSO/SAML single sign-on, offline PWA mode, and dedicated support. Can I add extra seats or viewers to my workspace?

Yes. Pro subscribers can purchase add-on packs to expand workspace capacity beyond the plan defaults. Extra seat packs and viewer slot packs are available — billed monthly, prorated, and cancelable at any time from the Settings page. Enterprise plans include unlimited seats and viewers by default.
